A terrific addition to any meat, fish, or poultry dish. It is especially good with grilled chicken and pork.
Ingredients
3/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Refrigerate.
